Another simple money savings solution...
After getting the Sunday paper, I went to Target to stock up on a few things. I planned on buying Tazo tea on that trip because I love a great English Breakfast tea. Tazo Tea is one of my favorites but is $5.99 for 48 tea bags. I had the box of Tazo Tea in the cart when I noticed this:
The 80 count box of Tetley Tea is on sale for $2.99 at Target this week. I have never tried this brand but decided to buy it because of the price. I had a $1.00 off any Tetley Tea coupon (6/24/18 SS) to use that brought the final price down to $1.99 or .02 a tea bag. I made a cup of tea when I got home and liked it. I still have another coupon to use and will buy it again because even at the regular price of $3.29 at Target, this is a better deal.
Simple Savings:
Tetley Tea: $1.99/80 tea bags
Tazo Tea: $5.99/48 tea bags (80 tea bags= $9.98)
Total Savings: $4.00 on this trip and $7.99 if buying the same amount
