Dollar Tree Store has popcorn kernels! I found them on Sunday after buying the paper. Our local paper appears to have resolved their delivery problems and there were plenty of papers to go around. The 20 oz. bag of Jolly Time Popcorn is cheaper per ounce than Shoprite's 32 oz. bag for $2.29. I saved $.29 and also got 8 more ounces of popcorn. The same amount of popcorn at Dollar Tree would be $1.69 (.05/oz * 32). So the overall savings is $.69 or $8.28 annually, assuming I buy popcorn each month and the Dollar Tree Store will continue to stock this item.
In the past, a perfectly green but wilted broccoli would end up in the trash but a quick google search and a cup of water saved the vegetable from the garbage. I also saved the cost of the broccoli, $1.69 at Aldi. Yes, you can revive limp broccoli! I was happy it actually worked. I only wish I had taken a before and after photo.
I didn't know that Lipton makes organic black tea!! Since I am set in my ways, and prices, with what brands of tea I drink, I only noticed the following coupon when I cleaned out my bag. The coupon printed like that, so do you think I'll have issues with redeeming it?
The original price at Shoprite is $3.99 for 72 ($0.056 per tea bag). Without the coupon it is more expensive than what I normally buy. However, with the $1.50 savings, the price per tea bag is cheaper ($0.035). I may have to put that on the list soon, since the expiration date is April 26, 2018 and I still have enough tea. I'll watch for the tea to be on sale at Shoprite to maximize my savings.
UPDATE: March 28, 2018!
This week Lipton Organic Black Tea is on-sale!
Lipton Tea | Price |

Good news, the Catalina coupon was accepted. I am enjoying a cup as I type this with my favorite go-to dessert, no bake energy bites. Although the original recipe is great, over time it's changed to save oatmeal and vanilla.
3/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup of Honey (I sometimes add maple syrup if I do not have enough honey)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1/2 - 3/4 Cup of Krispie Rice Cereal
1/4 Cup of Coconut
1/4 Cup of Pecans
1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips
